Hi, so to the update I deleted everything and re-ed everything but I forgot where I had everything ed to get it to work. When I had it ed from the first Island Living patch I managed to have Origin ed and got everything to work and now I can’t how I had everything to play the game with everything to play with Origin(it keeps saying I don’t have any of the packs and I know I ed everything correctly.)

I can’t change the language to german. I’m on version 1.55 also ed the language pack and pastet it into the install dir and I changed the language in the codex.cfg to de_DE but the game is still german. Someone know what is wrong?

Hi, thanks the game works pretty good but there is one problem : when i create a character there is a new way to fast create it but there is no text, same for the portail to the Magic Realm. I think there is a problem with the update.

Change the compatibility mode to windows xp. Right-click the setup.exe file > Properties > Compatibility

I get an erro code 0xc0000142 from both exes, but it pops up with an orangeemu64.dll window that say “Hello ;)” first

Every time you install an update… you have to copy and paste the crack files from the CODEX folder into your game/bin folder… and you have to overwrite the old files.
I’m not sure which directory you have your game installed in, but for example… I open the CODEX folder, select all the files, and copy. Then I go to my game folder which is C:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4 Island Living\Game\Bin – once you’re inside the Bin folder… paste the files and make sure you choose overwrite. If not, you won’t have the corresponding crack and it won’t work.

I don’t know why, but when I load my game through the 64 bit launcher it crashes (when I’m switching map or creating a sim), but it doesn’t happen when I start it with the 32 launcher. Help?

I have a problem, since the update 1.55.105.1020, as soon as I run the game, it starts to block loading with mods and without mods it does not block anymore. Can not play with mods even when returning to an old version, while before the update it still worked very well with the mods. Even with add-ons it worked. I play with the x64 version.

So quick and so easy… I read everything before I , and I’ve never had any problems… other than all my CC disappearing from my sims/households but that was solely MY fault because I forgot to turn them back on after the last time I updated… and I’m STILL working on fixing everyone and all of my homes. Like I said though, that was my own bad and I knew better.
Bottom line… I’m just here to give you a huge thank you!

Hi all,
Today, I updated my sims game using Origin, when I was struck by surprise that another new update was just released. Sadly, this renders my DLC-s unusable. Surely I knew you have to wait for the crack before updating, but I didn’t notice the newest update also being there and I wanted to circumvent the slow ing speed I was getting from other sources. For the record: I do have Origin Sims content.
As a new update on the crack is not yet available, I was hoping for someone knowing the key for still being able to play my current saves that do include my DLC content.
Also, I would rather not try to uninstall and install all my content right when the new crack update hits. Is there a timeline available for when the new crack update will be ready?
Tl;dr: I seriously need the sims to not work on my studies right now 8)
Please release an update for patch 1.55.108.1020. It fixes the unplayable game breaking bugs that came with the newest Realm of Magic pack.
